submitted by Joseph D. - |Recommended: YesMaintenance Team — The maintenance team here at LIV Northgate is absolutely impeccable From there friendliness on the grounds of the complex, to their response times of maintenance requests. They literally show up within an hour of sending a maintenance request through the portal system. In any other apartment complex I've lived at, sometimes you wouldn't even get a response let alone them actually fixing the problem within an hour. They are always out there working hard no matter how hot or what time of day it is.
