It's a very family friendly community with all of the amenities that children love, next to an HOA community that has a park with basketball courts and a field for the kids to play. It's very safe.

This is a true luxury property. High quality apartments with a great and friendly staff and the best maintenance around. I have nothing negative to say. Thanks Liv Northgate

Would highly recommend anyone looking for luxury apartments to check out Liv Northgate

The parking by our building can be difficult sometimes, but I feel that goes for any apartment complex.
