The grounds are beautiful and I love the community garden We love all the fun activities offered. I worked with Natalie while getting our apartment and she was a joy to work with. In a time when customer service seems non-existent, it was so refreshing to have someone so helpful and friendly.
submitted by Kanada B. - |Recommended: YesLiv Community — Liv is a wonderful place to live, but it is very pricey with the utilities inside the apartment is either not working because it wasn’t replaced with newer batteries or charged up before moving in. There has been a lot of break ins in Gilbert liv community, they still don’t have security. The staff is wonderful but if you are upset but still maintain yourself, they will get frustrated and snap on you. The garage door is very hard to open with the key fob. You have to press the button multiple times to get it to open if that even works.
