submitted by Alexander C. - |Recommended: YesOverall Pretty Good — It is a very nice place and I've enjoyed my stay thus far. To be clear the issues I am listing below are mostly resident issues. The staff so far are very professional and good. The garbage area gets pretty nasty at times, at no fault to the staff residents overfill it and or don't put the garbage in the container. The same is said about the cardboard people just leave it lying around the bin. The beach pool could use some cleaning and the 75 of the lounging chairs are ripped. Like I mentioned above it is a pretty nice place.

submitted by Shelly E. - |Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex Look No Further — I am a picky person when it comes to apartments I Liv in, and so far, after 2 weeks, this place has finally met the mark. I still don't like living in a ground-floor unit as I can hear the kids upstairs running around and furniture scraping on the floor. But otherwise the grounds are quiet and peaceful even with all the activities going on periodically , and the staff is awesome. From the amenities to the appliance quality, a 5-star property for sure
