Cole helped us throughout our move in process and always has an answer for every question. The grounds are clean and stay maintained and there are several amenities included. submitted by William J. - |Recommended: YesTop Notch Living Community — There is no property or community that is 100 perfect but overall, Liv Northgate comes as close as humanly possible to perfection. Staff is super friendly and willing to help in any way they can. We have our expectations in the right place as we know there are pros and cons with every property. But Liv Northgates pros far out weigh any cons that may arrive. We are grateful to be part of the Liv Community and our intention is to be a blessing asset to our new community both residents, staff and owners.
