submitted by Amber H. - |Recommended: YesA M A Z I N G Place To Liv — We absolutely LOVE LIVing here The complex undoubtedly feels like home. From the first time we came to tour the complex, we knew it was a great environment to be in. As for the noise, I think we have a rare case where the neighbors above us are super loud. However, the leasing staff has been amazing in working with us to resolve the issue Other than that, the complex is pretty quiet We live right by the pool too and never hear loud noise coming from it. The maintenance staff is awesome and very quick to respond to any needs, whether it be big or small, and make sure your'e satisfied with their work I can't say enough about the ladies in the office, they've been so much help. Sarah has been helping us since day 1 when we looked at Liv through now and has been super helpful, professional and knowledgable Compared to other apartment complexes we have lived in in the area, Liv is soooooo much better and I'd highly recommend it over others

Honestly, I hear both good and bad things with the vinyl wood planking. Most customers really prefer and love the hardwoods look of it. But it will have some noises associated. The kind staff, fast maintenance team and overall apartment makes me feel like I'm living in luxury. Grounds are always kept clean and the pools are NEVER dirty. I first invite my friends over so they as well as I can take advantage of the amenities. In any case, I don't necessarily tell people how it is living here, I show them.

Everyone is friendly and I love the friendships that I have made in only 7 months since my move in. I feel safe and enjoy the events. I also love the surrounding area and the farms and openness of the view. I planned on buying another house but am reconsidering. Why would I want to take care of a house when everything here is maintained for me. I would also miss the companionship of my neighbors. So happy my son referred me here

The maintenance staff are very attentive and always respond to request within the day. Liv is the best and prettiest apartment complex in the area. The community garden and mountain views add to the upscale feel of the property. The pancake breakfast, resident events and amenities are superior and you won't find a place like Liv anywhere else.
