submitted by Ashley P. - |Recommended: YesFavorite Place I've Lived So Far — Liv is a great community. It's in a nice part of Gilbert, quiet community with good schools. My apartment is nice, clean, updated and feels like home. I love the walk-in closets in all bedrooms, perfect for storing kids toys out of sight. Kitchen has updated appliances and granite counter-tops. The apartment even has nice details like above-the-counter lighting, nice light fixtures and high ceilings. The pool is awesome. The community has tons of events and a garden. I love living here and will only leave eventually because I am buying a home. My friends love coming here to hang out at my place. Liv Northgate is great

submitted by Annette R. - |Recommended: YesReally Like It. Maintenance Staff Is Very Friendly And Quick. — It's so convenient to pick up after my dog, however not everyone else does it. It can get really gross, even in the dog park. I wish you would institute fines or have a service pick up for those that don't pick up after their animals.

submitted by Cynthia E. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartment, Centrally Located, Excellent Staff And Very Quiet. — I would tell them how wonderful our experiences were. We felt safe, it was quiet, our neighbors were great, and the office staff took care of all our needs. Liv Northgate offered many activities for the community. It was great having a gym onsite. The pools were kept very clean. I have no negative comments, it was a wonderful place to stay while our new home was being built. I would definitely recommend Liv Northgate to my friends.
