There were a few issues that needed to be resolved with my apartment at move in. When talking to the office staff, they were accommodating and fixed the issues promptly to ensure a seamless move in. At no time did they ever make me feel like I was complaining, which was very appreciated. The property is well kept, and I cannot wait to use the pools when the restrictions are lifted

The maintenance staff is efficient and timely. The office staff rarely get any paperwork done correctly without three tries.Patience is highly recommended in getting anything done here IF YOU HAVE OUTDOOR ALLERGIES- RENTER BEWARE. DAIRY AND WASTE BURNING FACILITY WILL PERMEATE THRU CLOSED WINDOWS REGULARLY.

submitted by Levi W. - |Recommended: YesWonderful Area And Apt Complex — Its a great space with only a few noticeable draw backs that cant be controlled by the Apt Complex. The grounds are always clean and well kept. The pools are regularly cleaned and maintained.

The pools are pristine, the gym is always clean and there are always fun activities at the Hub. The staff is friendly and always eager to help in any way that they can. I love having the convenience of paying rent and submitting maintenance requests online. This is also the most dog friendly apartment complex you’ll ever find. Best apartment complex ever

There are lots of wonderful amenities and activities. The property, as well as the amenities, are well maintained. The interior of the units is of very good quality in terms of fixtures, building material, heating cooling. So far it has been a very good experience.

submitted by David N. - |Recommended: YesGood Complex, Wrong Location For Me — This was a good place if the location works for you. I thought being close to work would be a good idea. It was not and my social life suffered in result. It is very far from Tempe and Phoenix. That being said, the complex is nice despite spiders and the cow poop smell. If you need to live in this area, I would recommend Liv Northgate. I hope you build a new Liv in Downtown Phoenix, I would definitely look into it
